- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Transferring the registration fees to another person is granted only before the start of the program, refund will take place within 30 days.
- For our coaching individual sessions, group sessions and retreats services, online and/or in person.
– Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you changed your mind about receiving the service for any reason you can ask for a refund.
– If the period of 7 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
– Service must not be used If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
- For our coaching programs, courses, and retreats events, online and/or in person.
- You will be eligible for Full refund:
– In case of program/event cancellation by KUN COACHING ACADEMY
– In case of participant cancellation two weeks before the starting date of the program/event.
- You will be eligible for Partial refund:
– 100% refund from the paid amount in case of participant expressing lack of after fully participating in two sessions of the program, or in case of force major. In those cases, only 100 to 300 AED will be detected from the refunded amount based on the program cost.
– 75% refund from the paid amount in case of participant cancellation in less than 2 weeks before the starting of the program/event.
– 50% refund from the paid amount in case of participant cancellation in less than 1 week before the starting of the program/event.
- You will not be eligible for a refund:
– In case of cancellation after the starting date of the program/event.
- Additional services
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
